Julie Den Tandt is a graduate of the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and has a degree in Biology and Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University. She has been working as a Massage Therapist for 20 years now, and is very passionate about the healing effects of massage.

Her specializations include musculoskeletal injuries and dysfunction related to overuse, repetitive strain, and sports injuries. A large component of her practice also focuses on relaxing the nervous system through energy work, as well as treating chronic back and neck pain related to postural dysfunction and chronic stress.

Julie’s philosophy is focused on the belief that massage stimulates the body’s natural ability to heal by providing relaxation, increased energy flow, and balance through the power of touch. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. She is passionate about health and emotional/spiritual well-being as the foundation to a fulfilling and balanced life.
